Job summary

Cordis, a leader in cardiovascular technology, seeks an IT Systems Support Engineer to join a hybrid role bridging customer-facing support and backend systems administration in Santa Clara.

You will manage SCCM/MECM, Intune, AD, GPO, Office 365, and contribute to deployments and security patching, while delivering excellent on-site IT help. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on IT support or systems administration with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent education and experience; Or an advanced degree with no previous professional experience.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments and end-user computing.
• Familiarity with SCCM/MECM deployments and patching.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and enterprise applications.
• Administer and maintain SCCM/MECM, including deployments, imaging, patch management, and compliance baselines.
• Support Microsoft end point environments including Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and related technologies.
• Assist with backend configuration, updates, and system health monitoring.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize systems, automate tasks, and improve reliability.
• Participate in the design and rollout of technical solutions and infrastructure improvements.
