Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology.
• 2+ years of IT System Administration experience.
• Experience gathering business requirements.
• Excellent oral/written communications skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Working knowledge of web base technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise systems to support multiple Covista brands.
• Understand business processes and translate them into application workflows.
• Assist with implementation testing and projects.
• Develop training materials for personnel, faculty, students, and help desk staff.
• Manage knowledge base tools, processes, and workflows.
• Write and run automation scripts and testing applications.
