Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking an Intermediate Systems Administrator to support and enhance enterprise infrastructure across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, identity, virtualization, and backup/recovery services. You will work hands-on in a broad, multi-environment setting to ensure reliable, secure operations and documentation.

Responsibilities include patching, monitoring, incident resolution, and lifecycle activities across physical, virtual, cloud, and hybrid environments, with emphasis

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise systems experience in Windows/server environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Windows-based ecosystems.
• Hands-on AD/Entra ID, GPO, DNS, identity-related troubleshooting.
• Experience with Intune and endpoint configuration/patching.
• Knowledge of virtualization and backup/recovery concepts.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server and related infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, security/compliance, Exchange Online, and collaboration.
• Manage Active Directory/Entra ID, GPO, MFA, and hybrid identity aspects.
• Utilize Intune and SCCM/MECM for endpoint configuration and policy deployment.
• Administer virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V/Nutanix) and backups (Druva).
