Job summary

Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, is seeking an Infrastructure Systems Administrator to support and secure a hybrid technology environment across on‑premises and cloud platforms.

The role includes managing Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, backups, and cybersecurity controls, providing on‑call coverage, and collaborating with IT and security teams to ensure reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Five+ (5) years of IT infrastructure, network, systems, cloud, or security administration experience.
• Three+ (3) years of Network and Systems Administration experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Experience with Windows-based networks and AD, DNS, DHCP, and related enterprise services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory services.
• Experience with virtualization, storage, backups, replication, DR, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, secure, and optimize network, server, storage, endpoint, app, cloud, collaboration, and IP telephony systems.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Support hybrid cloud infrastructure and related backups, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Identify and resolve problems across voice, network, identity, endpoint, server, and cloud services.
• Apply cybersecurity practices including patch management, logging, and incident response support.
• Design and implement enhancements to improve reliability, performance, and scalability.
