Job summary

TransCore, LP is seeking a full-time Systems Administrator to join our Harrisburg, PA, Houston, TX, or Miramar, FL offices. The role focuses on maintaining software, hardware, and network infrastructure while minimizing downtime.

The candidate will configure AD, GPOs, and security controls, work with Azure/PowerShell, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This hybrid position requires in-office presence three days weekly.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–6 years IT experience with systems administration focus.
• Microsoft 365 administration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Hybrid work setup: office 3 days per week.
• Maintain Microsoft AD and Group Policies.
• Set up user accounts and workstations.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems per requirements.
• Troubleshoot outages and security issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and helpdesk on projects.
• Develop and maintain internal IT documentation and policies.
