Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7+ years in operations or a related area; strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
• Proficient negotiations skills; ability to read and understand technical requirements.
• Experience leading a supply chain team including buyers, subcontract management specialists, and category leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of buyers, subcontracts management specialists, and category leads; ensure performance aligns with company objectives.
• Define, develop, and improve the supply base to support program requirements.
• Develop and execute material plans and forecasts to meet program needs.
• Collaborate with executives and departments to align supply chain activities with objectives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure program success.
• Drive supply chain innovation and optimize procurement systems.
• Set and communicate KPIs to drive visibility and goals; coordinate capital and facility requests.
