Job summary

State of Maine's Office of Information Technology seeks a Supervisor, Data Operations to oversee High-Speed Print, Inventory and Purchasing, and Copy Center across two Augusta locations. You will provide day-to-day management, staffing, scheduling, and performance coaching while ensuring service continuity and quality.

You will coordinate operational workflows, develop procedures, training materials, and key performance measures to support enterprise technology services for Maine agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and coordinating across multiple service areas.
• Ability to develop procedures, training materials, and performance measures.
• Strong analytical, organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, assigns, directs, and evaluates the work of six employees across three service areas.
• Oversees High-Speed Print, Inventory and Purchasing, and Copy Center operations and backups.
• Coordinates staffing, deadlines, and service continuity to meet production commitments.
• Manages purchasing, inventory control, billing, and vendor coordination.
• Develops procedures and training materials for ongoing improvement.
