Job summary

The Supervisor, Data Operations at Maine IT provides direct supervision to six staff across High-Speed Print, Inventory and Purchasing, and the Copy Center. This role ensures consistent priorities, procedures, and service expectations across two Augusta locations, with dedicated day-to-day management for High-Speed Print and hands-on support as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, monitoring deadlines, improving workflows, and overseeing purchasing and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years education and experience to include supervisory and administrative responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating staffing, schedules, inventory, purchasing, and cross-training.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of six employees across three service areas.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for High-Speed Print operations and staffing.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, billing, and recordkeeping processes.
