Job summary

Advanced Technology International is seeking an Assistant Subcontracts Administrator / Subcontracts Administrator I to support the Contracts team in administering subcontracts and procuring goods and services. The role offers a hybrid in-office and remote work arrangement with candidates ideally residing near Charleston, SC.

The position emphasizes following documented processes and effective communication with internal CP and Program teams; the grade and title depend on education and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; 3 months from degree for some roles.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Experience collaborating with team members to meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel as required and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Contracts and Procurement with preparation of contractual documents using templates.
• Support requests for proposals, subcontracts, teaming agreements, amendments, and funding documents.
