Job summary

Advanced Technology International in Summerville, SC seeks a Project/Program Coordinator to support multiple contracts under cost and schedule constraints. You will coordinate, plan, and execute processes with guidance from managers, interfacing with teams and clients to meet program goals.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (in-office and remote) with some travel, requiring strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and two or more years related experience, or two years observed, proven, directly relevant experience at ATI.
• Independent self-directed worker, team player, and problem solver.
• Strong communication skills, including presentations, technical reports, meeting management and work group management.
• Strong computer skills including intermediate Excel skills, MS Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project desired.
• US Citizenship is required and/or must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance.
• Ability to travel to conferences and meetings required.

Responsibilities

• Review program and project contracts/agreements to ensure all requirements are met.
• Develops sufficient program knowledge to interface with team members and clients.
• Assist in maintaining cost/schedule baselines and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Ensure revision control is maintained through the approval process.
• Review invoices for accuracy and cost variances.
