Responsibilities

Provide front-line support to students exploring study abroad options and guidance on program requirements.
Advise via email, drop-ins, information sessions, and class visits; escalate complex cases to Program Managers.
Coordinate daily operations for assigned cohort programs and update application materials.
Manage Terra Dotta materials, track forms, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate visa support process and develop visa-related guidance material.
Maintain internal tracking tools and administrative workflows for timely information exchange.
Coordinate orientations, information sessions, and study abroad events.
Draft communications, update cohort webpages, and respond to inquiries.
