Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Internship Pledge Program, including student onboarding, eligibility verification, career course access, and funding workflows.
• Process funding requests, reimbursements, stipends, and compliance documentation; coordinate with Financial Aid, payroll, and student accounts as needed.
• Maintain databases, dashboards, and reports; support assessments and program evaluation efforts.
• Draft and manage student communications, marketing materials, web content, and FAQs; coordinate outreach campaigns.
• Supervise graduate assistants and/or student employees; train and onboard staff; assign tasks and provide feedback.
