Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong planning, organization and facilitation skills.
• Previous Terra Dotta and BI tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with campus partners to collect and consolidate data on student participation in global experiences.
• Manage Terra Dotta CMS content and website updates to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Support study abroad operations, including visa-related tasks and document workflows.
• Provide front-line student support and communications to promote engagement and retention.
