Sargent & Lundy is seeking a CAD designer to create 3D steel and concrete foundation models and generate 2D drawings. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two remote days, supporting a range of projects in energy, mining, oil & gas, and renewables.

You'll collaborate with mechanical and electrical designers to resolve clashes, travel to client sites as needed, and apply knowledge of ACI, AISC, OSHA, and multiple CAD tools to deliver accurate, on-time deliverables.

Formación

• Associate Degree in Computer Aided Design Technology preferred
• CAD certificate required if non-degreed
• Previous relevant experience considered

Responsabilidades

• Producing structural drawings on-time and within budget while maintaining quality and accountability to meet customer requirements
• Collaborating with mechanical and electrical designers to resolve clashes within the 3D model and optimize the design
• Travel to client facilities with experienced project team members to verify on-site design conditions
