Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Safety Governance Senior Advisor to develop and maintain plans, processes, and approaches aligning safety governance to drive transformation of safety culture. The role builds partnerships, supports governance teams, and provides resources to influencers across Edison to improve operations and risk management.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in leading health and safety compliance programs.
• Strong communication and leadership in safety governance.
• Ability to develop and implement safety policies and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety governance plans and processes.
• Align safety governance entities to support safety culture transformation.
• Provide resources and tools to governance teams and influencers.
• Lead hazard analyses, risk assessments, and incident investigations oversight.
• Support crisis response as part of Incident Management Team.
