Southern California Edison is seeking a Safety Culture Strategy and Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead strategic safety culture transformation efforts, manage related projects, and build cross-functional partnerships across levels of employees and leadership.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and will design, develop, and implement safety culture strategy transformation efforts that form a significant part of our roadmap to eliminating serious injuries and

Formación

• Ten or more years of experience in project management.
• Ten years’ experience leading large-scale OD and/or change management projects.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and vendors to develop solutions and gain buy-in.
• PM Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Manages activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with cost, method, and outcome responsibility.
• Develops business plans, objectives, and initiatives for the organization.
• Provides inputs to organizational objectives and policies and ensures delivery of results.
• Engages regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues.
• Identifies and resolves major or complex project issues to meet goals and timelines.
• Implements and maintains key strategic metrics for project effectiveness.
• Maintains resource planning and allocation, ensuring compliance with SCE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develops financial requirements from the project plan and analyzes regulatory impacts.
• Analyzes portfolio performance and reporting; facilitates stakeholder information exchange with status reports.
