Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) seeks a Safety Culture Strategy and Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead strategic safety culture initiatives and cross-functional programs. You will guide executives, shape roadmaps, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule, aligning with safety and regulatory standards.

In this hybrid role based in California, you’ll partner with senior leadership to drive transformation, manage complex projects, and measure impact with rigorous KPIs,

Qualifications

Ten or more years of experience in project management.
Experience leading large-scale OD and/or change management projects.
Experience collaborating with leadership and vendors to develop solutions and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead one or more large, long-term safety culture transformation projects with accountability for costs, methods and outcomes.
Engage senior management as a trusted advisor on critical business issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Develop resources, budgets and KPIs; monitor portfolio performance and provide status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements while protecting sensitive information.
