This hybrid role reports to the Director of HR and offers visibility into the business and opportunities to grow into broader HR leadership. You will drive recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, performance management, and employee development, while simplifying processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years HR generalist/manager experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for the organization.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and candidate management.
• Administer benefits, leave, payroll changes, and HR programs.
• Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Maintain HR records and HR systems, including Workday.
• Partner with managers to ensure consistent HR processes and programs.
