Job summary

Powerex-Iwata Air Technology Inc. seeks a Production/Manufacturing Supervisor to direct daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure quality and on-time delivery in a build-to-order environment.

You will lead production staff, coordinate scheduling, and drive process improvements while maintaining a safe, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in manufacturing and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Operations, Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising and developing teams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day manufacturing operations and supervises staff to meet efficiency and quality goals.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work to meet production targets and delivery commitments.
• Lead build-to-order production teams in a dynamic environment with frequent product configuration changes.
• Oversee daily assembly cell operations and coordinate resources for unique project requirements.
• Enforce quality standards and safe working conditions; maintain organized work areas.
