Job summary

Enact Holdings, Inc. in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic FP&A to lead the modernization and ongoing management of the enterprise financial model, enabling advanced forecasting, planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.

You will partner with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives, model acquisitions and growth, and drive automation to elevate planning capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
Advanced degree or professional certification demonstrating financial expertise.
10+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical roles.
Experience with automation, AI-enabled tools, and advanced analytics for planning.
Experience governing complex financial models for forecasting and strategic decision-making.
Strong understanding of financial statements and interdependencies across statements.
Excellent analytical, modeling, and communication skills for senior leadership.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI/data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as owner of Enact's enterprise financial model and align forecasting, planning, and long-range outlooks.
Lead redesign and modernization of financial modeling capabilities for scalable solutions.
Build analytical frameworks linking operational, financial, and strategic drivers.
Establish governance and modeling standards to improve transparency and consistency.
Evaluate technology solutions to enhance forecasting, modeling, and planning capabilities.
Develop advanced scenario modeling and planning to assess performance, capital deployment, and risks.
Partner with Finance, Risk, Corporate Development and other leaders to evaluate M&A and investments.
Collaborate with FP&A leadership to ensure forecasts and scenarios are grounded in a reliable model.
Develop analyses, presentations, and recommendations for executive decisions.
