Job summary

Enact Holdings, Inc. in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic FP&A to lead the modernization and ongoing management of its enterprise financial model, enabling more effective forecasting, planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision‑making.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Risk, and Corporate Development to evaluate initiatives, model potential acquisitions and growth opportunities, and leverage technology to improve FP&A capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certification in financial expertise.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, financial modeling, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical roles.
• Experience leveraging automation, AI-enabled tools, and advanced analytics to improve financial planning processes.
• Extensive experience developing, enhancing, and governing complex financial models that support forecasting, planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of enterprise financial model and forecasting.
• Develop scenario modeling and strategic planning capabilities.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Corporate Development, and other leaders on M&A and investments.
• Establish governance and standards for the planning framework.
