Gordon Brothers in Boston is seeking a Director, Corporate Counsel to partner with business leaders on a broad spectrum of enterprise legal matters. You will manage diligence, documentation, and cross-functional workstreams for strategic transactions, advising on governance, treasury, and complex commercial agreements.

You will draft and negotiate agreements, support compliance, and work closely with multiple business units. Hybrid role in our Boston office.

Competenze

• Attorneys must hold a J.D. and be admitted to at least one U.S. state bar; Massachusetts admission preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience with commercial agreements and transactions.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated corporate and commercial agreements.

Mansioni

• Manage legal diligence, transaction documentation, and internal workstreams for M&A and strategic transactions.
• Advise on corporate governance, treasury matters, and cross-functional issues.
• Draft and negotiate services, software, lease, licensing, and NDA agreements.
• Serve as primary legal contact for North American business units.
• Support the enterprise compliance program and advise on technology adoption.
