Kennedy Jenks is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager in Northern California to strengthen client relationships, support growth, and guide high-quality service delivery. You’ll work across client strategy, business development, team leadership, and project delivery.

In this client-facing leadership role, you’ll drive market growth, own project delivery, and lead teams to ensure profitability and client satisfaction while pursuing new opportunities with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in water/wastewater infrastructure consulting, including business development and client leadership.
• Knowledge of project delivery, financial performance, and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Grow client relationships and lead accounts to expand market presence.
• Guide project delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align resources to client goals.
• Present proposals and pursuit strategies with internal and external partners.
• Identify opportunities for follow-on work and long-term engagement.
