Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering consulting.
• Proven track record of success in business development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business pursuits and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure successful project delivery and financial goal attainment.
• Coordinate resources and activities for high-quality project outcomes.
• Serve as Deputy Project Manager or Project Manager for various projects.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and strategy formulation.
