Job summary

Kennedy Jenks is seeking an experienced Client Service Manager in Northern California to strengthen client relationships, guide high-quality service delivery, and support growth.

In this client-facing leadership role, you’ll work across client strategy, business development, team leadership, and project delivery while aligning teams to client and business goals. The role offers a hybrid work model with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in water/wastewater infrastructure consulting with business development and client leadership.
• PE license in California required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; civil/environmental preferred.
• Strong proposal development and project delivery knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive market growth by developing client strategies and identifying opportunities.
• Own project delivery, ensuring quality, profitability, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead and align client service teams across engagements.
• Develop key relationships and lead presentations, proposals, and pursuit strategy.
• Travel to project sites and Kennedy Jenks offices as needed.
