Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers about invoice payment status via phone, email, fax, and letters.
• Follows up on collection calls with customers (external and internal).
• Resolves overdue account balances and conducts day-to-day accounts receivable activities.
• Interfaces with Sales, Operations and Finance to resolve billing and credit issues.
• Maintains accurate customer profiles and monitors payment patterns.
