Job summary

D&H Distributing Co. is seeking a customer-facing Sales role responsible for assigned accounts, driving revenue, margin, and growth. You will manage both active and inactive accounts, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction in line with company goals.

Hybrid role based near Harrisburg, PA or Clearwater, FL, with travel to client sites as needed. Requires at least 3 years of sales experience and strong MS Office proficiency; education preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales or phone sales experience.
• College education preferred or equivalent.
• Sales and/or technical certifications a plus.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals, forecast, and attain revenue, margin, and breadth targets.
• Set product prices for bids, quotes, and deals while maintaining satisfaction.
• Make daily outbound calls to reseller base to build relationships and drive sales.
• Enter and track customer interactions in CRM; manage opportunities from open to close.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to grow revenue within the assigned base.
• Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and maintain SLA compliance.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and events as required; present business plans for partners.
