IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team in Tysons Corner, VA. This hybrid role reports to the Controller and supports day-to-day accounting operations.

The position involves AP/AR processing, cash receipts, payroll support, reconciliations, audits, and DCAA reporting. A bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant experience are required, with strong Excel and Deltek Costpoint skills. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct accounting/finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables.
• Deltek Costpoint knowledge is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Review and maintain the AP inbox for invoices, POs and expense reports with approvals.
• Enter cash receipts, monitor aging, and follow up on client balances.
• Organize and maintain electronic records for AP/AR and supporting docs.
• Process employee timesheets semi-monthly, generate reports, assist payroll.
• Reconcile reports including credit cards and subcontractor statements.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks like Excel schedules, bank statements, travel bookings, and Deltek Costpoint setup.
• Assist audits, property tax filings and other compliance requests.
• Support Controller with financial deliverables including DCAA reporting.
• Participate in training to understand accounting principles and internal controls.
