Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and strong AR/AP experience with Deltek Costpoint. The candidate will work in a hybrid environment, coordinating with project managers and finance leadership to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
• GAAP knowledge is required.
• Deltek Costpoint experience is required.
• Experience in management consulting, professional services, or government-contracting environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full Accounts Receivable cycle: invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, aging, collections.
• Perform Accounts Payable: invoice review, coding, approvals, payments, vendor maintenance.
• Process accounting transactions and maintain records in Deltek Costpoint.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and schedules for close.
• Reconcile general ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Support monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Assist with project accounting: labor, expenses, revenue, billing, and costs.
• Ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and properly authorized.
• Support cash-flow monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
