Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables; Deltek Costpoint experience; meticulous and organized.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: review AP inbox, process invoices, POs, and expense reports with approvals.
• Accounts Receivable: enter cash receipts, monitor aging, and follow up with clients.
• Payroll & Timesheet Management: review timesheets, generate reports, assist payroll and corrections.
• Financial Reconciliation & Compliance: reconcile reports, resolve discrepancies, assist audits and DCAA reporting.
• Administrative & System Support: update Excel schedules, save bank statements, assist with Deltek Costpoint setup.
