Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
• 2–4 years of GAAP-based accounting experience including accounts receivable/cash application.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoicing for AOA and related organizations.
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile to supporting systems.
• Reconcile payments to affiliated organizations for revenue sharing.
• Review and reconcile accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collections.
• Prepare monthly reporting related to accounts receivable.
• Prepares and maintains journal entries, schedules and reconciliations for timely month-end and year-end processing.
• Assist and support the accounts payable function.
• Support the annual audits and IRS 990 work.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process as needed.
• Other duties as assigned including special projects.
