Qualifications

• Six or more years of related experience, education/training or a Bachelor’s degree plus two years related experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local, sponsor and institutional regulations and guidelines.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements related to human/animal subjects in research and financial conflicts of interest.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and complex fiscal management for multiple divisions.
• Develop and forecast internal reporting systems for short- and long-term financial planning.
• Coordinate with central offices and external sponsors (NIH, DOD, AHA, etc.).
• Prepare proposals, awards, and transactions related to contracts and grants.
• Maintain contract and grant records in compliance with policies; exercise delegated signature authority as appropriate.
