Lam Research is seeking an experienced Occupancy Planner for our Fremont campus to drive space planning, occupancy analysis, and move management. The role supports on-site operations, coordinates with vendors, and helps shape space management policies aligned with corporate guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in related roles, proficiency in AutoCAD and TRIRIGA, and strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint to analyze space utilization and support moves across the campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6–8 years in move management, furniture project management, space planning, or interior architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business units to deliver customer service.
• Develop layouts for new and existing office spaces and furniture to support moves and tenant improvements.
• Collaborate with MAC coordinator and vendors to develop move plans and occupancy planning.
• Process new-hire, termination, and weekly move requests.
• Audit employee locations and room configurations on floor plans.
• Support occupancy plan implementation to optimize space use while meeting business needs.
• Contribute to space management tools, standards, and policies for efficiency.
