Job summary

Planisware is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support US customers, translating business needs into compelling product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept sessions. You will interact with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor and product expert.

In this customer-facing role, you will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align Planisware capabilities with customer needs and drive strategic initiatives and long-lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (US and international).
• 3 years of experience implementing and configuring Planisware Enterprise or other PPM solutions.
• Proven sales experience in managing complex, multidimensional efforts.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and articulate the value of Planisware to stakeholders.
• Gather and understand business needs and align Planisware to strategy.
• Drive customer adoption and expand usage of Planisware software.
• Build and present product demos to customers and internally.
• Prepare engineering and sales reports and collaborate with Marketing.
