Job summary

Planisware, a global provider of Project Portfolio Management software, is hiring an Implementation Engineer in San Francisco. You will guide the design, configuration, use and maintenance of Planisware software for customers, and advise on program module implementations.

The role requires collaboration with the Paris development team to integrate US interfaces and scoring processes. Responsibilities include training Account Managers, new hires and VAR consultants on Planisware's program

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS/CE or related field plus 24 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide design, configuration, use and maintenance of Planisware software for customers.
• Provide recommendations on the implementation of the programs module for Planisware customers.
• Serve as liaison with Planisware’s development team in Paris to ensure US needs are integrated into core solutions.
• Train Planisware Account Manager, new hires and VAR consultants regarding the program management processes and modules of Planisware's software products.
