Job summary
Dynatrace is seeking a Solution Engineer to support the sales team by delivering compelling demos, leading PoCs, and collaborating across Dynatrace’s teams to win opportunities. You will travel up to 30% and work in a hybrid role near Denver, reporting to the Dynatrace Downtown Denver office a few times per week.
The role requires a background in observability, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical value into business impact for customers and prospects.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience within the observability space.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience.
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and programming languages.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Dynatrace product offerings at trade shows and customer meetings.
- Lead PoC creation and cloud architecture discussions to support sales opportunities.
- Present on-stage demonstrations providing context to customers during events.
- Collaborate with sales and partners to identify new opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance through Discovery, Solution Evaluation and Proposal stages.
