Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor or equivalent paralegal/legal secretary/law librarian experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience delivering presentations and trainings in a virtual environment.
• Proven sales and/or training experience.
• Legal research experience with LexisNexis tools.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships.

• Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects to maximize use of LexisNexis products.
• Communicate credibly with customers to understand challenges and provide guidance.
• Reach out to customers via phone and email to identify training and product needs.
• Deliver presentations and trainings, communicating value propositions and differentiators to retain and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive preference and develop strategic account plans.
• Partner with sales to provide product demonstrations to grow revenue.
• Identify upsell leads and opportunities with sales partners.
