Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, is seeking a Solutions Consultant for the Small Law market in Dayton, OH. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Miamisburg, and focuses on educating legal professionals on LexisNexis tools to drive usage and revenue.

You will deliver trainings, build account plans, and collaborate with sales to demonstrate value and grow business. A JD or equivalent experience, strong communication, and proven sales/training ability are required.

Qualifications

• Have a Juris Doctor degree, or comparable experience in a paralegal, legal secretary or law librarian role.
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort delivering presentations and trainings in a virtual environment.
• Demonstrate proven sales and/or training experience.
• Have legal research experience or expertise using LexisNexis tools.
• Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams.
• Have the ability to build solid relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects to maximize use of LexisNexis products.
• Communicate customer challenges and provide guidance, education and consultation to drive improvements.
• Reach out to customers via phone and email to uncover training and product needs.
• Deliver specialized customer presentations and trainings, highlighting value propositions and differentiators.
• Collaborate with internal partners to develop strategic account plans and drive revenue growth.
• Partner with sales to provide product demonstrations for prospective and current customers.
• Identify and share upsell opportunities with sales partners.
