Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is hiring a Solutions Consultant for the Small Law market in a hybrid role based in the Dayton area, with in-office presence in Miamisburg, OH on Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will become an expert on LexisNexis products, delivering education and support to legal professionals and growing revenue within assigned accounts.

Qualifications

JD or equivalent experience in a paralegal, legal secretary, or law librarian role.
Excellent verbal and written communication required.
Comfort presenting and training in a virtual environment.
Proven sales and/or training experience.
Experience using LexisNexis research tools.
Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects to maximize use of LexisNexis products.
Communicate with customers to understand challenges and provide guidance, education, and consultation.
Reach out via phone and email to uncover training and product needs.
Deliver specialized customer presentations and trainings, highlighting value propositions and differentiators.
Collaborate with internal partners to drive account plans and customer preference.
Partner with sales to provide product demonstrations to grow revenue for the business.
Identify and share upsell leads and opportunities with sales teams.
