Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent experience in a paralegal/compliance role required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Experience delivering trainings and presentations in virtual environments (on-camera).
• Proven sales and/or training experience with ability to grow revenue.
• Legal research experience using LexisNexis tools preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and build solid relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative education and support to legal research customers.
• Deliver trainings and product demonstrations to drive usage and revenue.
• Develop and deliver customer presentations highlighting LexisNexis value propositions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to drive account plans.
• Build relationships with customers and uncover upsell opportunities.
• Serve as a resource for Sales and cross-functional teams.
