Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is actively seeking a Solutions Architect to own Corporate Solutions architecture, spanning Finance, Legal, Compliance, Imaging, and Integration platforms. You will diagnose legacy complexity, develop modernization roadmaps, and design scalable solutions that reduce bespoke code and enable growth.

Join a team that partners with engineering managers to set standards, evaluate AI options, and guide buy vs build decisions while mentoring engineers across a ~30–40 person

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; 7+ years IT experience; 2+ years of technical leadership and architecture; 3+ years designing end-to-end solutions in complex environments.
• Experience with enterprise ecosystems and integration patterns; health insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP, EPM, and custom/SaaS apps and their placement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for Corporate Solutions architecture across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Imaging, Archiving, Middleware, and Integration platforms.
• Diagnose legacy complexity and debt; develop modernization roadmaps with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Design scalable, modern solutions to replace customized legacy implementations; enable growth.
