The role requires strong cloud, AI awareness, and hands-on guidance to engineering teams, with a focus on reducing complexity and enabling scale across diverse systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with seven years IT experience.
• Two years of technical leadership and architecture experience, plus three years designing end-to-end solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise ecosystems and integration patterns; health insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for Corporate Solutions architecture across multiple domains.
• Diagnose legacy complexity and develop modernization roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Design scalable, modern solutions to replace highly customized legacy systems.
• Lead evaluation of integrations and define patterns for modernization.
• Guide build-vs-buy decisions and mentor engineers and architects.
