Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead modernization of a complex legacy environment across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Imaging, and more. You will architect scalable, modern solutions and guide engineering teams through modernization and AI opportunities.

You will work in a hybrid model with offices nationwide, collaborating with executives and engineers to turn business strategy into technical direction. This is a high-impact role with broad scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field and 7+ years IT experience.
• Minimum 2 years of technical leadership and architecture experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for Corporate Solutions architecture.
• Diagnose legacy complexity and define modernization roadmaps.
• Design scalable, modern solutions replacing highly customized legacy implementations.
• Lead evaluation of existing integrations — file-based, API-driven, and streaming.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to engineering teams.
