Ericsson in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Solution Introduction Engineer to act as a Feature Test Engineer in the radio lab. You will design and execute test cases, troubleshoot defects, and present results to customers.

The role covers lab and field configuration, 4G LTE/5G integration, and collaboration across engineering units and customer teams. You will build hands-on familiarity with Ericsson's radio software and hardware, support NPI projects, and help drive pre‑commercial proofs of concept

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2–6 years in telecom with hands-on LTE/5G RAN testing and knowledge of lab/production networks.
Experience with integration, certification, and rollout for 4G/5G in customer environments.

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements to design, document, and execute test cases for LTE/5G features.
Partner with CPM and customers to define scope, timelines, and risk assessments.
Troubleshoot defects, document results, and present test reports to customers.
Support integration, certification, and field deployment in lab and production environments.
Lead test activities and mentor newer team members.
