Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an early career Solution Introduction Engineer in Plano, TX to define integration architecture across 5G/6G RAN, sensing compute, and data platforms. You will lead bring-up, testing, and customer-focused deliverables while collaborating with partners and customers.

Ideal candidates have 2–8 years in wireless system integration, proficiency with Kubernetes, CI/CD, Python, REST/gRPC, Kafka, and infrastructure-as-code, plus cloud/edge exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering.
• Typically 2–8 years of hands-on experience in wireless system integration and data flow management with API.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD, Python, REST/gRPC, Kafka or equivalent messaging systems, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with REST APIs, event-streaming technologies, data models, authentication, authorization, and secure system-to-system integration.

Responsibilities

• Define integration architecture across 5G/6G RAN, massive-MIMO radios, sensing compute, tracking, multi-sensor fusion, management systems, and data platforms.
• Produce integration plans, solution designs, test reports, deployment documentation, runbooks, and customer-facing presentations.
• Lead system bring-up, integration testing, interoperability testing, performance testing, field trials, fault isolation, and customer acceptance.
• Support solution estimation, due diligence, proofs of concept, trials, and transition to operations.
• Design and validate data flows between ISAC systems and consuming applications through APIs, event streams, and approved interfaces.
• Translate use-case requirements into interface specs, deployment models, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and procedures.
