Job summary

Ericsson in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Solution Introduction Engineer (Feature Test Engineer) to drive hands-on testing of radio software and hardware. You will work in the radio lab, validate 4G LTE/5G features, and collaborate with development, customer units, and project managers to ensure readiness before deployment.

You will perform lab and field configurations, document results, troubleshoot defects, and contribute to pre‑commercial proofs of concept with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of telecom experience in radio/RAN, hands-on LTE/5G testing.
• Experience with integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE/5G into lab and production networks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to design, document, and execute test cases.
• Troubleshoot, document, and track defects; resolve telco issues.
• Produce feature test reports and present progress for acceptance.
• Support integration and certification of 4G/5G into lab and production environments.
• Lead test activities and mentor newer team members.
