Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Feature Test Engineer for the North America Products and Services Readiness team, based in Bellevue, WA. The role involves testing and introducing new radio technology for our major customer networks, with hands-on work in radio lab environments and customer interactions.

You will validate functionality of radio products, work on automation projects to accelerate testing, and interact with development units, customer teams, and the customer (T-Mobile).

Qualifications

• Experience in integration and testing of 4G LTE/5G tech in lab and customer environments.
• Ability to collaborate with development, delivery, and customer teams.
• Onsite Bellevue, WA work location and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE/5G technology into customers' lab facilities and first market applications.
• Demonstrate new functionality and SW/HW capabilities.
• Perform proof of concept with customers for pre-commercial products and next-generation RAN equipment.
• Support NPI projects including integration, configuration, features, troubleshooting, and testing on roadmap portfolio for BBU and Radios.
• Resolve issues and coordinate with Customer Project Manager and customer.
• Participate in lab testing with delivery manager to define scope, resources, and timeline.
• Execute Test Object List (TOL).
• Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve network problems.
• Prepare and present reports for customer acceptance.
