Qualifications

• Knowledge of Radio Access Networks, wireless cellular networks, and radio principles.
• Understanding of 4G LTE and 5G NR concepts; both is a plus.
• Programming experience in Python and ability to develop scripts and APIs.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applying them to testing and data analysis.
• Willingness to learn cloud compute technologies and modern software delivery methods.

You will investigate technical issues using data-driven methods, identify root causes, and collaborate with a cross-functional team spanning product development, customer units, and service delivery. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target.
