Job summary

VusionGroup SA is seeking a Solution Architect to drive architecture, design and deployment of retail IoT solutions for large accounts. You will run design sessions, align plans to customer goals, and lead cross-functional teams through pre-sales, POC and pilots.

You will provide technical leadership, introduce new technologies, drive customer success, and build long-term relationships by understanding client priorities and communicating effectively across stakeholders and geographies.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar pre-sales role.
• Retail-related experience is a plus.
• Strong customer-centric mindset guiding decisions.

Responsibilities

• Architecture, design and deployment; run sessions to align plans with customer goals and environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams around pre-sales, POC and pilot projects for robust deployments to large accounts.
• Drive technical leadership and introduce new technologies aligned with customer needs to build scalable solutions.
• Drive customer success by leading engagements to achieve revenue and consumption targets.
• Engage with customers to understand priorities and communicate effectively across stakeholders and teams.
