Job summary

VusionGroup SA is seeking a Solution Architect to drive architecture, design and deployment of retail IoT solutions for large accounts. You will run design sessions, align plans to customer goals, and lead cross-functional teams through pre-sales, POC and pilots.

You will provide technical leadership, introduce new technologies, drive customer success, and build long-term relationships by understanding client priorities and communicating effectively across stakeholders and geographies.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar pre-sales role.
• Retail-related experience is a plus.
• Strong customer-centric mindset guiding decisions.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Solution Architect on the Solution team, you will make a positive impact by being responsible for:

• Architecture, Design and Deployment
  • Run Architectural Design Session(s) to build plans for implementing solutions which align to customer business goals and technical environments.
  • Build, lead, and federate cross-functional teams around pre-sales, POC and pilot projects, ensuring the preparation of robust solutions for deployment to large accounts.
• Technical leadership
  • Lead the introduction of new technologies or services that are aligned with customer needs in a variety of technologies and services to build scalable, resilient, and efficient solutions
• Driving Customer Success
  • Lead, drive and manage engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.
• Customer Engagement and Communication
  • Understand client’s overall business priorities and success measures, provide strategic guidance on how our products and services can effectively address their challenges.
  • Use knowledge of customer context, portfolio expertise, and deep technical and market/industry knowledge to build long term relationship and credibility with customers individually or at scale
  • Acts as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback into engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

Qualification we’re looking for:

• Experience:
  • 3 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical pre-sales role.
  • An experience in retail would be a plus.
• Skills:
  • Customer-centric at heart: every decision you make revolves around our customers and bettering their experience.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions
  • Great project management skills: managing deadlines and delivering tasks/projects on time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with appropriate and logical structuring of thoughts process during discussion/ presentation.
  Abilities:
  • Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplineand to work within a virtual global team environment.
  • Ability to travel based on the work you do, and the clients and you serve.
  • Spanish and English speaker.
• Education:
  • BA/BS in related field: Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or other STEM, Information Technology, Software Engineering etc.
